Legendary Beginnings
In 2009, Legendary Real Estates (LRE) was established in Secondlife to offer people an alternative option to the larger estates that focused more on profits than they do for quality & customer service for their tenants.
As we are a smaller estate, we have less tenants to manage so we can offer our tenants a much faster and more personal customer service experience.
We have our own Discord server that gives our tenants a direct line to our team, even when we are not in-world making us very accessible and easy to get in touch with which gives you an almost 24/7 customer service experience.
Why rent with us?
We offer a variety of land sizes and prim counts on both 20k & 30k prim regions, Adult & Moderate ratings, mixed and residential only regions to try and cater too and suit everyone's needs and wants.
Our tenants that rent full regions with estate manager rights, meaning they have full complete control of the region to do as they please by treating it as if they own it themselves without interference or rules from us.
We have a very low turnover with tenants, so sometimes we have little or no vacant land currently available, if this is happens when you check and if we do not currently have the land size/prim allowance you need, we can buy in a new region to provide you with the land you want.
We are more flexible with our tenants than most estates are with options to best suit your needs and wants.
